English Beyond Academics is a level-wise course, where the grade a child is studying in, does not define their level. Often in traditional schooling, new concepts are introduced and taught each year, but unfortunately, there are minimal efforts dedicated to ensure that students genuinely understand these concepts. This sometimes results in students progressing to the next grade without a solid grasp of the concepts taught in the previous grade.
Our level-wise course structure addresses this issue by teaching English skills based on a student’s existing knowledge and abilities. We conduct a pre-test to determine the most suitable level for each child. Thus, for instance, a 4th-grade student could be placed in level 3, depending on their skills and pre-existing knowledge.
By grouping students into different levels based on their skills, we can effectively challenge them with tailored activities, ensuring a more comprehensive and growth-oriented learning experience.

A management professional with keen enthusiasm and passion for English Language Teaching and Assessment. Tapan is also, a Research Scholar who has conducted extensive research in the field of Teaching Pedagogies. Surveyed almost 300 schools a year, met Principals, HODs, and teachers and documented the problems they faced while teaching.
Founder and owner at institute NELTAS which is based on Common Core Curriculum to enhance proficiency in English language skills among ESL students, teachers and parents. He has built an efficient team who manages product roadmaps for all new product creation and existing product updates.
CO - FOUNDER
Graduated in Commerce from V.G. Vaze college, Mumbai, Mr. Vikram Shah has an experience of 17 years in the Education domain. He has worked with companies right from coaching institutes to pre-schools to schools. He has done his schooling from vernacular medium and the challenges he faced at the college level made him think about drawing a vision to make every child proficient in English Language; With that NELTAS Vision became his Passion.
His core interest is in Business Strategy, Marketing and Information Technology. He is very keen in exploring about people management and human psychology. At NELTAS his forte is in taking care of business strategy and expansion along with marketing and generating online business. He is a good listener and also loves to talk to people and motivate them using his inter-personal skills. He believes that Motivation without Execution is just waste of time. His dream is to make NELTAS a 5000 employee institution.
PARTNER
She has completed her Post Graduation in Commerce from MCC, Mumbai. Shalmali has work experience of 22 years with Western Railways. Her forte to take care of the process management, team planning along with business strategy and expansion serves as a critical function in the development of NELTAS.
Her sports accomplishments strongly reflect her dedication and enthusiasm to achieve goals. She has been a National Medalist in Table Tennis. She has been honored with the Shiv Chhatrapati award, the highest sports award by the Maharashtra State Government. She has represented the Maharashtra Team for 20 years as a player and coached Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Western Railway teams for 3 years.
